Refund policy
At Clutter to Cash, we sell pre loved, vintage, designer, homeware, furniture, fashion and one off items. Each item is carefully described and photographed so customers can make an informed purchase before placing an order.
Because many of our items are second hand, vintage, unique, bulky or one of a kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Return Eligibility
Items may only be eligible for return if:
The item is not as described
The item received is significantly different from the description provided on our website.
The wrong item was supplied
You received an incorrect item due to an error on our part.
The item has a major undisclosed fault
The item has a fault that was not mentioned in the listing and materially affects its use.
Please Ask Questions Before Purchasing
We strongly encourage customers to ask any questions before purchasing, especially for furniture, homewares, vintage pieces and one off items.
Please review all photos, measurements, condition notes and pickup or delivery requirements carefully before placing an order. Our team is happy to provide additional information where possible.
Non Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or fit
Items that do not suit your space
Items with visible condition details already disclosed in the listing
Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered or modified after purchase
Pickup items where the customer inspected and accepted the item at collection
Vintage or pre loved wear that was shown in photos or described in the listing
Return Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or collecting your item.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies where required by law, including where an item has a major fault or does not match its description.
