2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe all items accurately, including condition, measurements, materials, visible wear and relevant pickup or delivery requirements.

Product photos form part of the product description. Customers should review all photos, written descriptions, measurements and condition notes before purchasing.

Colours, textures and finishes may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting or photography.

3. Availability

Most items sold by Clutter to Cash are one off pieces. Availability is limited and products may sell quickly.

An item is not reserved until payment has been completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase due to an inventory error, we will contact you and provide a refund or alternative option where possible.

Clutter to Cash is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third party courier or delivery providers once an item has been collected from us, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, unsuitable fit, items not suiting your space, or condition details that were disclosed in the listing or visible in photos.
