Domestic Shipping Within Australia

Fashion items, shoes and accessories
Standard flat rate shipping: $12.99
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Small homewares and non bulky items
Shipping may be available depending on the item size and weight. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout where available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected fashion items, accessories and small products.

Flat rate international shipping: $69.99
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply.

Furniture, Large Homewares and Bulky Items

Furniture, large homewares, fragile items and bulky products are generally not shipped through standard postage.

These items are usually available by:

Local pickup
Courier arranged at the buyer’s expense
Delivery arranged by Clutter to Cash on request, subject to quote and availability

If you would like delivery for a bulky item, please contact us before purchasing or immediately after placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

Pickup Information

Pickup location will be listed on the product page where relevant.

Customers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, transport, blankets, straps and packing materials for furniture or heavy items.

For large or heavy pieces, please check the product description carefully for access notes, stairs, driveway conditions or lifting requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

For shipped items, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

For pickup items, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time after purchase.
